Terms & Conditions For Vallavan's Access

🔒 VALLAVAN MEMBERSHIP ACCESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users subscribed to Vallavan membership tiers: FIRST MOVE, CASTLE, and CHECKMATE. By signing up, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

1.1 Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Some events may be 21+ only; members must meet age requirements for each event.

1.2 Membership Tiers

  • Vallavan’s FIRST MOVE – £6.99/month

  • Vallavan’s CASTLE – £12.99/month

  • Vallavan’s CHECKMATE – £18.99/month

Each tier includes specific benefits as advertised and outlined in these terms.

2. EVENT ACCESS & MEMBER BENEFITS

2.1 Free Standard Event Access (All Tiers)
All tiers include free entry to standard Vallavan events (typically priced between £8–£12).
Entry requires claiming a member ticket via the designated platform or promo code.
Entry remains subject to event capacity, ID checks, dress code, and venue terms.

2.2 Premium Events (CASTLE & CHECKMATE)
Premium events are defined as higher-value or exclusive experiences such as:

â–ª Boat Parties
â–ª Any Vallavan event with an average ticket price of £20 or above

  • CASTLE members receive 50% off premium event ticket prices.

  • CHECKMATE members are eligible for free entry to premium events only after maintaining a minimum of 2 consecutive months of active CHECKMATE membership.

  • If CHECKMATE is cancelled or paused before 2 months, the premium event benefit resets.

  • Members must still RSVP or claim their spot in advance where required.

2.3 Guest Passes

  • CASTLE members: 1 guest pass every 3 months (standard events only)

  • CHECKMATE members: 1 guest pass every 2 months (standard events only)

Guest passes are non-transferable, must be claimed in advance, and can only be used by individuals who meet age/event eligibility.

2.4 Birthday Month Perks
CASTLE & CHECKMATE members are eligible for one birthday month reward per year: a free friend ticket or a complimentary drink.
Reward must be claimed during your birthday month and is subject to ID verification.

2.5 Priority Entry (CHECKMATE only)
CHECKMATE members are entitled to priority queue entry at select Vallavan Events.
Priority entry is not guaranteed if the member arrives late, is visibly intoxicated, or does not meet entry criteria.

3. BILLING & CANCELLATION

3.1 Billing
Memberships renew automatically each month via the payment method provided at sign-up.
Prices are locked in at time of subscription unless changed with prior notice.

3.2 Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted by email to vallavanevents@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing date.
For example, if your renewal date is the 3rd of each month and you request cancellation on the 5th, your next payment on the following 3rd will still be charged, and your membership will end the month after.

Cancellations made via your bank or payment provider without directly contacting us are not guaranteed to be processed.

CHECKMATE members must maintain a minimum of 2 consecutive months of membership to be eligible for free premium events. Cancelling before this period resets eligibility.

3.3 Refunds
Vallavan memberships are non-refundable unless required by law or in cases of billing error.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4.1 Non-transferable Use
Membership is for personal use only.
Sharing member links, perks, guest passes, or trying to access events on someone else’s membership is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Entry Policy
Event entry is subject to venue capacity, ID checks, safety requirements, dress codes, and behavioural expectations.
Possessing a valid membership does not override standard event security protocols.

4.3 Fair Use Policy
Vallavan reserves the right to investigate and cancel memberships if there is evidence of misuse (e.g. repeated guest pass abuse, fraudulent access, multiple account manipulation).

4.4 Membership Changes
Vallavan may make reasonable changes to pricing, benefits, or structure with prior notice to members.
Members may cancel without penalty if major changes are made.

4.5 Blacklist Policy
Vallavan operates a blacklist for individuals who have breached conduct, safety, or community standards.
If your name appears on the Vallavan blacklist, you will be denied access to all Vallavan events — regardless of your membership status.
Blacklisted individuals are not entitled to refunds and may face permanent suspension.
Attempts to bypass this (e.g. using a different name, another person’s membership, or fraudulent ID) may result in escalated action and venue-level reporting.
